What We'll Ask
The form takes about two minutes. We'll ask for your club name and hometown, a contact name, email and phone, which age groups you field, whether you're interested in full season play or individual games, and anything else we should know.
A league representative will follow up within a week. Scheduling for each season is typically finalized by coaches meeting in early spring and late summer, so earlier inquiries are easier to accommodate.
